Crowne Plaza Macau By IHG

Nice staffs. Excellent service. Great ocean view. Very close to border gate.

The huge room space

The rude staff and far location from the central area.

Good 5 star hotel for the $--- price.

Check out time too early at 11am.

The dim sum restaurant in the hotel on then 2nd floor was top notch great value great taste. Dinner buffet at the azure 3rd floor is Good a bit pricy but if you are into raw oysters lamb chops and grilled shrimp it's good. The desserts are 5 stars of you can get some they are popular and run out fast! So get it when you can

Clean , quiet, cozy . Large room , tasty food , nice staff. Good for families with children. the hotel stays away from casinos so it not crowded and very quiet

The location is a little far from main tourist spots . Macau has problems with taxi service so you will have to wait to catch a taxi

I had a very good stay at Crowne Plaza Macau. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view and all the amenities I needed. The location is convenient and easy to reach, making it a good base for exploring Macau. The breakfast was fresh and well-prepared, but it leaned heavily toward Chinese-style options. It would be great to see a bit more international variety for travelers who prefer a broader selection. Still, the overall quality and service were excellent.I enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider returning.

in general good

the shower has only a fixed shower and not a shower head. The 3 beds are not similar. The 3rd one is a king of extra mobile.

Room was spotless and serene. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. • Staff were warm and attentive.

location wise it is near to the border gate and not too far from the hong kong zhu hai macao bridge. it is located amongst the residential area of Macao, so you will have access to 'very local' food. there is even a food market about 10-13 mins walk away. best part about this place is it is air conditioned!

getting to other location may be a bit costly or troublesome. you need to use the hotel bus to get to the border gate and jump on to other free shuttle to get to the major hotels/casinos, hence, you really need to know where you are going in order to move around. Taxi seems to be the only way to get back, unless you explore the local bus network. travelling by taxi around Macau can be pretty costly.

very good location and service. Nice bed and soundisolation.

iew from the room was been on construction area. Construction "sound's" were beening anoying spesially on evening.

Good breakfast spread, spacious rooms

No airport shuttle, and free shuttle to Cotai closes at 18.30... so have to take individual transport

Location and staff are all friendly and so accomodating.

Breakfast was ok, hope the noodles and fried rice was not that dry.

the king size bed and the sizing of the room.

the gym room is tooooooo small.

We appreciate the fast check in as well as the room upgrade. The staff were all nice and accommodating. Hotel wifi is fast. Buffet dinner is good.

Two things. First, the room. I was looking for a nice scent, something inviting or at least a homey smell. But there was none, in fact, no scents at all. Second, the breakfast. A bit lacking. I mean the omelet bar is nice but that’s it. Honestly, I expected a lot more for the breakfast but the choices were just plain and simple. Nothing special that would excite you to come back to the hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean , breakfast was very good . Staff ate polite.

Old Day's memories with friends.

Staffs from the front concierge to breakfast area was very poor of "Customer Service" never say "Hi, Thankyou or Welcome...."Breakfast not many option ....

Repeated stay with excellent service & room. Proxy to border gate to Zhuhai and lots of amenties& great food within walking distances.

Large Rooms, Great breakfast with good spread

a bit far from city centre

Superb, spacious, and clean room, great amenities with indoor pool

Hotel staff from frontdesk, concierge, and housekeeping were attentive and patient to the needs of guests. Room was comfortable and conducive for good rest after a long day. Buffet style breakfast was comprehensive with good mix of Western and Asian selections. Location was generally ok with short taxi ride to most tourist sites and Cotai areas.

Perhaps self-operated coin laundry facility will complete the stay for guests who needed it.
